Mint infused white rum

Ingredients

Bottle of white rum (can be cheap)

Fresh mint sprigs

Sugar

1. Wash 5-6 sprigs of fresh mint. Place in bag with 2 teaspoons of sugar and lightly mash leaves to release some fragrance.

2. Stuff leaves and sugar into bottle of rum, adding a teaspoon of sugar.

3. Tightly recap bottle, and store in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days (depending on how strong you want the mint flavouring).

4. Remove mint or filter rum, or enjoy straight from the bottle in your favourite Carbon Mitigation Mojito.
